NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS. 

EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

EXCHANGES PROCESS:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 Days from the day the order was placed.
  • Exchanges are accepted in exchange for store credit only. 
  • Once your items are inspected by the store, Returns accepted in 30 Days will be given store credit; you'll receive your gift card typically within 1-3 business days. The credit can only be used on the Blu Scarpa website.
  • Items must be new and unworn/unwashed with original box and packaging. Include your original Invoice/receipt
  • Indicate items you would like to return or exchange. Check your return form for accuracy.
  • Return your items using the prepaid shipping label provided (Only for Domestic returns in the US).
  • Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from the package.

  • Blu Scarpa is not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee of ($7.00)
  • No refunds.

EXCHANGES: 

Please note that we can only exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. Requested exchanges must first send the original purchase to our sorting facility, with the prepaid shipping label provided. The requested exchange will be fulfilled when the original purchase arrives at our sorting facility.

INTERNATIONAL:

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at checkout.

Our prices do not include any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your package's entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. 

Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything in our power to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
