Step 1

Drop off your shoes at our location. If you are shipping them instead, please include your order number. For any inquiries, contact orders@bluscarpa.com

Step 2

There will be four-step cleaning process includes diagnosis, preparation, cleaning, and detailing. All shoes are hand-washed by trained local specialist technicians using only specialized products, and each pair undergoes a final quality check by our service technician.

Step 3

We will notify you once your shoes are ready for pickup. If you prefer, we can also ship them to your address.
